A dream interweaves the beaches of Tijuana, Mexico and Ancón, Perú, and longs to work as a portal between both places. Notes on Connection III, recreates the filmmaker’s recurrent dream where time and space collapse.

Notes on Connection is composed of three 16mm films shot within various locations along the coastlines of California, Peru and Mexico. Franco adopts landscape as an element of attraction with the ocean at the foreground. Delving into the eternal concept of time—where past, present, and future converge—the films reveal how the mind and inner connections can transcend physical reality. They invite dialogue to deepen our relationship with the natural world and its mysticism.
